Focusing on enhancing delivered customer value, WNCC is providing a call center service supported by highly talented and well trained customer care team who aims to serve our customers, earn their trust, and facilitate all their transactions inside the company.

WNCC customer care team provides the following services:

  • Receive calls from Saturdays to Thursdays, from 9:00am till 8:00pm
  • Help customers place their sales orders
  • Provide customers with their account balances information
  • Follow up customer complaints through a well planned procedure and ensure that all their claims are solved at the shortest possible time
